Resume Writing - Which Email Do I Use When Writing a Resume?

Resume Writing - Which Email Do I Use When Writing a Resume? How do I determine which email do I use when writing a resume? You have to get rid of the computer mouse and let the computer do the typing for you. I always use the Google's Address book to accomplish this. You could send your resume in a personal email, but what if the person does not have an email address? That means you will need to use a personal mail account so you can send it through the e-mail route. When you use email, you have to ensure that it is secure and if you use a free service, you must be sure it is safe for you to use. But for the most part, the free services are secure and reputable. If you are going to use the person's email address to send a resume, make sure it is a private email address. This is because if they don't know that you are looking at their resume and they do find out, you can be prosecuted and go to jail for attempting to steal someone's identity. You don't want to get into that.Remember that when the person is able to access the resume through their email address, they can open it up and use it. It's only when they actually view it that it will be saved on their hard drive or the internet. The reason you are sending it as an attachment is so that if they ever decide to take a look at it, they will actually see it.Even though you may not want to use your personal mail account, it's good to consider what you would do if you were asked to send your resume through email. I am sure you wouldn't be shy about using your e-mail account either. You may want to consider using a friend or family member as a witness that you sent it via email and they can attest to it. They could open it up and see if they recognize the person and if they do, that's a great indication they are looking at your resume. The same principle applies to family members and friends. After all, how much proof do you really need that they saw your resume when you sent it to them using an email address that th ey have never seen before? The truth is you don't need any proof. But in your defense, the purpose of sending a resume through email is to give it more weight than it really deserves.
